Chloé Sauvé is an award winning Residential Real Estate Broker for Royal Lepage Village. She has been in real estate for 4 years and in that time she has been involved in over 100 transactions. Her love for real estate started at a young age. Her mother was a home stager and interior decorator, so she got to tag along on many projects which sparked her initial interest in homes. Chloé bought her first home at the age of 20 and has since owned half a dozen properties. Her hands on experience with real estate, which was not always a pleasant experience, is what lead her to become a real estate broker. She wants to make selling and buying real estate enjoyable for everyone. Her calm nature has taught her to handle problems rationally instead of emotionally which in turn makes for a smoother sale or purchase. 

Murphy's Law states that "anything that can go wrong will go wrong" which is often the case with the biggest transaction of your life. Make sure that you are represented by someone who will go above and beyond for you, and if things do go wrong, someone who will be there to help set them straight. Real estate is more than a transaction, it's a partnership between the real estate broker and you - the client - to reach your real estate goals. 

Chloé is a mommy to Remington & Kensington, a wife to Craig, and an avid lover of all things real estate.

On her down time you can find her reading a book or scrolling through Centris and enjoying time with her family.

As part of a team Holly was a Platinum Sales award winning residential real estate broker for Royal LePage Village. She has been working in residential real estate for the past 5 years. Holly got into the
industry after buying her first home when she was 7 months pregnant with her son. She fell so much in love with the process she was determined to convert this passion into a career. She spent her first year while in school working as an administrative assistant to a real estate broker. Working as an admin, she was able to hit the ground running! Doing everything from spending time on the road, shadowing inspections, client care and drafting documents. By the time Holly obtained her License in 2017, she was
already a seasoned broker with a thorough understanding of the real estate process and code of ethics. Holly attributes her success to her top-level service and unrelenting energy to go above and beyond to help people with their real estate needs.

Work with Holly not only for all of her good experiences but equally for the bad ones that she has learned and grown from.

Holly is also a mommy to Benjamin and Claire and a wife to Mat.

On her down time, you can find Holly jogging in Ile Perrot and spending time with family in the backyard.

Marie-Hélène is a Residential Real Estate Broker and has been working in the real estate industry for several years. She first worked as an administrative assistant for the Royal Lepage Village banner before finally becoming a broker. 

Marie- Hélène has always been captivated by architecture and design. When she was younger, she could spend hours in front of newspaper classifieds studying the houses posted. As a child, her interests with playing with dolls was limited as she traded them for wooden blocks to create houses, streets, and neighborhoods. 

She was admitted to the University of Montreal to study architecture before an opportunity in the tourism industry changed her plans. With her passion never far away, Marie-Hélène purchased her first property at the age of 21. Since, she has gone through several real estate processes: rental, condominium living, major renovations and new construction. Her personal knowledge combined with her studies in real estate brokerage will simplify your real estate transaction. Her goal is to make your buying or selling process pleasant and simple, as if you were a member of her family. Loyalty and mutual trust are essential in her eyes when it comes to completing the most important transaction of your life. With a keen sense of customer service, Marie-Hélène will listen to you, guide you and make your real estate dreams come true; you are HER priority! 

Marie-Hélène is Zack's mother and Luc's wife. In her spare time, you can probably find her at the arena cheering on her son's hockey exploits or at the park in the summer, watching a ball game.
